For three or four years, I was picking up what can only be discribed as transparent circles in several of my photographs. It seemed these orbs were most frequent around Halloween, though, one year, we got several during Christmas. Neither the company that finishes my photos nor a professional photographer who is my neighbor could give an explaination for these (I'll call them orbs). They and I are well aware of what a piece of flying dirt or a snowflake looks like if the light catches it just right. These orbs of mine donot fit that discription. As the orbs show up on both digital cameras and film type cameras they are not an artifact of the camera. The past two years have been unsuccessful in capturing any of these orbs on either camera even though I have used the same cameras all the time. One year I did use slower film (200) in the film camera but the digital camera did not record anything that year either. The spooky season is still a few months off, but once again I'd like to catch some orbs on the film. If any of you out there are photo buffs or paranormal investigators would you have any suggestions or ideas I might try. My orbs are not solid balls of light like so many you see that are bits of dirt or debrie the camera catches if the light is just right. My orbs have a definitive ring about the outside perimeter but are semi-transparent on the inside. I caught several on pictures one Halloween, not just one print but several. The are distinct on the negatives of the filmtype camera. Two Halloweens later I got a few pictures of the orbs; mostly on the wall going up the staircase.
